In December 2019, the Caribbean Agricultural Research & Development Institute (CARDI) celebrated their 45th Anniversary and CARDI Day by planting 45 fruit trees at their Demonstration and Training Centre located on the compound of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (MAFS). They also invited the energetic local primary school students to engage in this planting activity and dedicated all 45 trees to the One Tree for Every Bajan Program.
What a wonderful way to celebrate an anniversary and we are so grateful for the dedication of 45 trees to the One Tree for Every Bajan Program. Every tree counts, thank you CARDI Barbados!
